This hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the friendly owners, who accommodated us immediately. They gave us a tour of the beautifully organized and clean house, which had a modern minimalist style that instantly put us at ease. Our cozy room had a separate bed for our friend, and we all slept comfortably throughout the night.
Honestly, I can't think of any issues during our stay. Everything was more than okay.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming and tastefully decorated B&B in the area. The hotel exudes an old-world charm with its lovely decor and attention to detail. The cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms were impeccable, and the bed provided a perfect night’s sleep. The common areas were quiet and comfortable, making them ideal for both relaxation and work. The hotel's location in an open area allowed for easy access to many attractions, including the exceptional Watkins Glen State Park. Moreover, the staff's warm hospitality and local knowledge were invaluable in making my stay even more enjoyable. The delicious breakfast, served on beautiful china with exquisite silverware, was the perfect start to each day. Additionally, I appreciated having access to a Keurig for coffee and tea any time I desired. this hotel provided great value for money, making my stay a truly unforgettable experience.
No improvements necessary, everything was perfect.

What an amazing stay! the breakfast buffet really hit the spot after a long business trip. It was great to have a full breakfast ready early in the morning. the coffee and tea bar was a nice touch! the location was perfect; within walking distance to shops, restaurants and other amenities. My room was clean and cozy. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary toiletries and the comfortable bed.
One thing that wasn't my favorite was that I didn't get to interact much with the hosts. They were friendly but not very sociable.

Best stay yet! The hosts were welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. The house was immaculate, and had a cozy minimalist style that made us feel at home. Breakfast was amazing - a delicious buffet that included creamy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and homemade marmalade. The location was perfect, with free on-street parking available and easy access to nearby attractions.
Worst aspect was the shared bathroom, which was not mentioned in the description. The noise from the creaky floors and stairs made it difficult to sleep at times, and there was a lack of privacy.

The owner and staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The house was beautifully organized and clean, with a modern and minimalist style that created a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast served was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options and a charming presentation.
No major issues, just a small note about the rooms being located on the second floor, which might be challenging for some guests. However, it was not a problem for us.
